My Journey: Why I Created This Meal Plan
After becoming a mom, I quickly realized that I didn’t have the same time to cook or prepare meals like I did before. I was trying to keep up with everything and everyone, but when it came to meal planning, I found myself eating the same quick things over and over again. It was easier, but I knew it wasn’t doing my hormones any favours. And I didn’t want to fall back into that cycle. 🌀
I had already struggled with irregular periods, PMS, and extreme mood swings before becoming a mom, and I didn’t want to go through that again. I knew I needed more energy, better moods, and the stamina to keep up with my family. But in order to do that, I had to prioritize my health, because if you’re good, everyone else is better. 💪
That’s when I decided to create this meal plan. I wanted something that was cycle-sync friendly, easy to follow, and quick to make, so I didn’t have to spend hours in the kitchen, but still felt like I was fueling my body the right way. 🍽️
