Well, those days are most probably happening during your follicular phase. You see, the follicular phase marks the beginning of a new cycle and when everything is working the way it is supposed to, this is the part of the month where you feel extra good. You have more consistent energy throughout the day, you are feeling more social, everything you try on seems to fit really well, you have great hair days and even great eyebrows days [i heard that recently lol].
And these “feeling good vibes” happen because your hormone levels are starting to rise.
