I’m currently taking the birth control pill💊, will this work for me?
Yes and no. No, because with the BCP you don’t get a real cycle so you may not experience all the benefits from syncing with your cycle. And YES because one: you can still get all the benefits from consuming nutrient-dense foods and two: if you are planning to stop taking the BCP in the future then this will totally help you prep your body beforehand to avoid any BCP withdrawals and massive side effects🥵.
